Commission rebates are possible in more than forty states and average about $2,000, but can be more. The variables that affect the final amount offered are the purchase price and buyer's agent commission offered. We'll let you know how much when you have an accepted offer.
In the other states, we offer as a gift, whenever possible, a one-year home owner warranty (valuable for big ticket repairs), and/or a gift card to Home Depot or Lowes.
